Instructions for how to take the annual safety

The annual safety quiz is hosted in FSU's canvas implementation. To take the safety quiz when you receive an email informing you that must do so, please follow the instructions below:

1. Enroll in the canvas course by following this link.
2. This will prompt you to log in using your FSU credentials. These are the username and password you use when logging in to MyFSU.
3. When you login to canvas, in the sidebar select Courses.
4. In the window that pops up select the Org: Magnetic Resonance Imaging Facility course.
5. Click on Quizzes on the left.
6. Click on MRIF Safety Quiz.
7. Read the instructions carefully.
8. Click the Take the Quiz button.
9. A page with all of the multiple choice questions in the quiz will appear.
10. Answer the questions and when you are finished, click on the Submit Quiz button.
11. When you are happy with the results of your attempts (you have at most three), please email mri-facility@fsu.edu to let us know what you have passed the quiz. We will then update your record in the booking system. Since canvas does not email the course owner when you take the quiz, this step is crucial to ensuring the timely update of your record in the MRIF project management and booking system.
